Role Overview
The EMEA Compensation Partner is instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs across the EMEA region. This role ensures compensation strategies are fair, aligned with organizational goals, and competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine compensation programs such as base salary structures, incentive plans, job evaluations, and salary review processes.
- Conduct market pricing and benchmarking analyses to maintain competitive compensation aligned to industry standards.
- Analyze compensation data to create reports and insights that inform HR and business leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to oversee compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient administration.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, pay transparency initiatives, gender pay gap projects, and uphold compensation governance and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in compensation data analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and managing compensation programs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with the skill to interpret complex datasets and clearly communicate results.
- Proficiency in handling large datasets, compensation surveys, and familiarity with HR systems.
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and an ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting compensation in large, global, or matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of incentive plan design, pay transparency legislation, job architecture frameworks, and compensation governance best practices.
- Experience with market survey vendors and advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics/reporting tools.
