Job Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and troubleshoot server systems and rack-mounted equipment.
• Carry out and document tests following prescribed work instructions.
• Assist in packing, labeling, shipping, and other tasks related to production.
• Support BIOS configuration, burn-in procedures, pressure tests, and other technical evaluations as needed.
• Adhere to testing protocols, safety guidelines, and operational standards to maintain product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization through good housekeeping and 5S practices within the workspace.
• Provide flexibility to work on shifts as required.

Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, testing, or production roles.
• Have completed education from a technical school, vocational school, or at least a high school diploma.
• Demonstrate fundamental computer and technical skills.
• Preferably have a technical background or prior server testing exposure.
• Chinese language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English is essential as the primary working language.
• Maintain physical fitness and good health suitable for the role.
