Job Responsibilities

• Operate on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule to support production activities within the Module and ensure all equipment is prepared and functional for production demands.
• Conduct timely preventive maintenance and calibration tasks as per schedule to maintain equipment reliability.
• Support Engineers during the installation and connection of new equipment components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to reduce downtime, and assist with equipment enhancement projects.
• Engage actively in the Quality Improvement Team to boost productivity and product quality in the Module, regularly providing performance feedback to Engineers to help achieve Module goals.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards in the production area, ensuring secure management of tools, equipment, and Module assets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Prior experience of at least one year in semiconductor equipment roles is advantageous.
• Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
