Job Overview

Our growth relies on your analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. This role is focused on enhancing both existing and new fabrication facilities (Fabs), improving manufacturing processes to boost wafer yields and operational productivity vital for Fab excellence. You will also mentor Associate Engineers (AEs).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain equipment readiness either independently or under management guidance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure equipment availability through maintenance activities and technical support.
• Perform equipment upgrades and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and observe technical performance data.
• Lead projects aiming at advancing equipment and process improvements.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, and responsible management of tools, equipment, and assets.
• Operate in compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety & Security guidelines.
• Collaborate on various projects and assignments as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in equipment engineering, ideally within wafer fabrication, electronics, or electrical sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.
• Availability to work Normal and Swing shifts.
