Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Principal HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, delivering effective HR services that support business goals. This role involves collaborating on resolving workforce matters, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, and driving organizational improvement and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and anticipate business partners' needs, exceeding expectations wherever possible.
• Provide timely, high-quality HR services aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as a proactive agent for organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Align HR policies, systems, and procedures with the organization's strategic priorities.
• Partner with and mentor line managers on recruitment, performance management, and talent development, continually enhancing HR processes.
• Promote employee engagement to reinforce company culture and support continuous growth.
• Collaborate in strategic HR planning to meet operational challenges.
• Lead manufacturing employee relations, ensuring fair and prompt resolution of issues while fostering a positive work environment.
• Analyze manpower data to support workforce planning strategies.
• Work with department heads to conduct internal communications and employee engagement events.
• Organize and participate in team-building activities.
• Manage the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Ensure strict adherence to processes and uphold confidentiality at all times.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Additional Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) policies, supporting safe and responsible work practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or electronics sectors.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for culturally diverse environments.
