Job Overview
This position blends expertise in Linux system administration, production support, database management, and monitoring solutions. Candidates will also gain exposure to cloud environments and automation technologies.
Location and Work Arrangement
Role based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model requiring three days per week onsite. Applicants should preferably be local due to a face-to-face interview round.
Primary Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage and administer Linux environments to ensure system stability.
- Provide production support to maintain uninterrupted business operations.
- Support database activities, specifically involving Oracle SQL.
- Implement and utilize monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Grafana, and AppDynamics.
- Engage in incident management processes including troubleshooting and resolution.
- Leverage cloud technologies across platforms such as OCP, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Participate in automation initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should possess over seven years of experience encompassing the aforementioned technical areas combined with strong incident management and automation skills.
