Responsibilities
- Establish and manage quality control systems, ensuring activities are effectively planned, implemented, and maintained.
- Supervise the creation and enforcement of standards, inspection methods, and procedures to accurately test and evaluate product precision, accuracy, and reliability.
- Prepare and oversee budgetary allocations, tracking expenditures related to quality control processes.
- Recommend and coordinate corrective actions to guarantee compliance with established quality specifications.
- Ensure all finished products meet both governmental regulations and internal company quality standards, including good manufacturing practices.
- Recruit, develop, and assess quality control personnel to maintain efficient and effective departmental performance.
