Job description
Role Overview
The Quality Head at Foursis Technical Solutions in Jamnagar is responsible for leading quality assurance initiatives through implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous process improvements. This role entails overseeing inspection processes and driving corrective actions to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage Quality Control and Inspection processes to ensure adherence to standards.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
- Handle customer complaints by identifying issues and coordinating resolutions.
- Oversee laboratory management including calibration and maintenance of instruments.
- Ensure New Product Quality Assurance protocols are followed rigorously.
- Maintain and enhance Quality Management System (QMS) compliance.
- Coordinate Supplier and Customer Quality Management initiatives to uphold partnership standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
Additional Information
- Salary range offered: INR 2,000,000 to 2,500,000 per annum.
