Job Overview
Based in Yewalewadi, Pune, this role involves operating tempo vehicles within a close radius of 5 to 10 kilometers, primarily covering areas like Bibwewadi, Yewalewadi, and nearby localities. The vehicles assigned include Mahindra Bolero and Ashok Leyland Dost.
Working Hours and Compensation
The regular working schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Additional shifts are available with extra remuneration: the 2nd shift overtime runs from 6:30 PM until midnight, and any work beyond midnight counts as the 3rd shift with night pay benefits. The compensation package is competitive and includes both regular salary and overtime allowances.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess a valid commercial driving license suitable for four-wheeler vehicles.
- Excellent familiarity with local roadways and routes surrounding Yewalewadi and Bibwewadi.
- Dependable and punctual with a solid record of responsible driving.
