Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Warehouse Supervisor to manage the day-to-day logistics at our Bibwewadi warehouse in Pune. This role entails overseeing the entire fabric inventory covering various types, colors, and quality levels, as well as monitoring material movement to facilitate smooth event execution and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, categorizing fabrics by type, color, texture, and quality grade.
• Conduct quality inspections on received fabric shipments to detect any damages, stains, or defects.
• Keep thorough logs of fabric and hardware/materials incoming and outgoing to event locations.
• Inspect materials returned from event sites, properly classify them, and arrange for prompt restocking, cleaning, or repairs as necessary.
• Organize daily dispatches by planning and preparing materials needed for upcoming site deliveries according to project timelines.
• Coordinate with transport and site teams to ensure efficient material handovers and manage expected returns.
• Maintain precise counts and controls for additional event-related equipment, tools, and accessories to prevent stock shortages or losses through systematic record-keeping.
