Role Overview
We are seeking a Telesales Executive specializing in Personal Loans to join our team in Noida Sector 2. This role involves outbound calls to potential customers to explain our personal loan offerings and generate quality leads, ultimately driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls targeting personal loan prospects.
- Clearly communicate product details and benefits to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads from conversations.
- Follow up diligently with customers to ensure engagement.
- Consistently strive to meet daily calling and sales goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Fluency in Hindi for effective communication.
- Basic proficiency with computers and related applications.
Compensation and Location
The position offers a salary range of ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month alongside additional performance-based incentives. The work location is in Noida Sector 2, Delhi-NCR.
