Key Responsibilities

• Identify, initiate, and develop new business opportunities.
• Establish strong relationships with banks, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and financial institutions.
• Build and maintain a robust network to support business growth.
• Generate and efficiently convert sales leads.
• Recruit, manage, and guide Relationship Managers, Sales Managers, and business associates.
• Lead efforts to boost regional business performance.
• Utilize the Andromeda platform and franchise model to increase business outreach.
• Consistently meet or exceed designated business targets.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably more than three years of sales or business development experience.
• Background in banking, finance, DSA, NBFC, or insurance is advantageous.
• Possess an extensive and potent market network with proven business generation success.
• Excellent communication and skilled in negotiation.
• Strong leadership abilities and expertise in relationship management.
• Adept at working within a compensation structure that rewards performance.
