Job description
Position Overview
This role requires a candidate with proven experience in field sales, particularly within B2B sales and services. A strong network in banking sectors is preferred, alongside familiarity with digital payment platforms such as PhonePe, Google Pay, and Paytm. Candidates who have dealt with distributors, FMCG, insurance, or real estate sales will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
- Engage in direct field sales activities with a minimum target of 15 customer visits daily.
- Work under a target-driven sales environment, ensuring achievement of sales goals.
- Leverage an existing customer database of at least 1000 clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales with a demonstrated record of meeting targets.
- Preference for candidates with banking relationships or digital payment platform sales experience.
- Possess documented proof of accomplishments in previous roles.
- Natural aptitude for sales and client interaction.
- Background in distributor sales, FMCG, insurance agency, or real estate is advantageous.
Employment Terms
The initial three months of employment will be considered a probationary period, followed by confirmation upon satisfactory performance.
