Primary Responsibilities
- Address guests' concerns and requests promptly by coordinating with relevant departments for immediate resolution.
- Answer all guest calls professionally and courteously.
- Maintain a quality audit score of at least 95% through regular documented training sessions.
- Strive to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction as measured by the TRUST YOU platform.
- Present yourself as smart, well-groomed, friendly, and cheerful, reflecting Rixos' hospitality standards at all times.
- Keep informed about hotel conditions including occupancy, ongoing functions, groups, and VIP guests.
- Collaborate respectfully with team members and other departments to foster smooth operations.
- Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and guide the team, promote sound financial and business practices, demonstrate integrity, and lead by example.
- Build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation within the team.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle all inquiries politely and exceed guests' expectations.
- Greet guests by name on calls consistent with Rixos standards.
- Keep current with hotel and local service information.
- Continuously update telephone directories.
- Manage management's long-distance call vouchers and accurately record calls in the traffic log.
- Maintain and execute guest wake-up call schedules punctually as per standards.
- Ensure the switchboard operates efficiently for quick transfer of internal and external calls.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional appearance: neat, punctual, reliable, and appropriately dressed.
- Prior experience in hospitality roles such as concierge, reception, customer service, or similar.
Additional Information
- Stay informed about management schedules and contact details at all times.
- Monitor logs for long-distance calls, faxes, and messages.
- Coordinate communication within the hotel during emergencies.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions.
- Exhibit full cooperation and respect within the team and across departments.
- Remain knowledgeable about daily hotel activities and products across all hotel facilities.
