Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will be a warm, engaging presence welcoming guests as they arrive and depart. Your role is critical in maintaining superior service standards, assisting visitors with hotel information and promotions, and providing directions within the premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistently courteous, professional, and engaging interactions.
- Welcome guests as they enter and leave the hotel while ensuring adherence to service protocols.
- Engage new visitors by acquainting them with the lobby and offering directions as necessary.
- Offer helpful insight on hotel amenities and promotional activities.
- Adhere strictly to departmental policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and service quality standards.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or a closely related discipline.
- At least one year of related experience working within a five-star luxury hotel environment.
- Proficient communication skills in English are essential; fluency in Russian is mandatory.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Turkish or Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse guests.
