Job Overview
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to proactively engage with both prospective and current customers via phone to promote products, generate leads, and drive sales conversions. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed information about services, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing clients professionally.
- Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls.
- Effectively communicate product details, services, and promotional offers to customers.
- Convert inquiries into sales by generating leads and following up diligently.
- Record and update customer interactions meticulously in CRM or relevant databases.
- Address customer complaints, escalating issues appropriately to ensure resolution.
- Meet or surpass daily and monthly telecalling and sales targets.
