About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee warehouse logistics operations at Chalah Infratech Pvt. Ltd., located in Khurda, Odisha. This position is suitable for both male and female candidates. The role involves supervising warehouse activities ensuring efficient and smooth daily processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities including picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading.
- Lead and coordinate the warehouse team effectively.
- Maintain precise inventory and stock records to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure timely and efficient workflow within warehouse operations.
- Generate basic operational reports using computer applications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior experience in warehouse or logistics environment.
- Fundamental computer skills are required.
- Strong communication abilities with team management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Additional Information
- Salary ranges between ₹16,000 and ₹17,000 (in-hand).
- Additional benefits include ESIC and Provident Fund contributions.
- Employees are entitled to four days off per month.
