Telecalling Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work remotely, focused on telecalling tasks and client coordination within the logistics sector. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing accurate shipment information, negotiating freight rates, and ensuring timely loading and unloading of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update precise flight shipment data within the system.
• Engage with clients to negotiate optimal freight rates and secure loads promptly.
• Coordinate with transporters/truckers to arrange load movements.
• Follow up diligently with warehouse supervisors regarding timely vehicle loading and unloading.
• Onboard new potential customers and provide education on company products and services through effective communication.
• Analyze customer data and ensure accurate registration within the application.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to nurture relationships, promote repeat business, and generate referrals.
• Collaborate closely with senior officials to understand targets and monitor team performance through follow-ups.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure a steady flow of loads.
• Work effectively under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in client onboarding and customer education about services/products.
• Strong negotiation skills for rate discussion.
• Ability to manage data accurately within logistics systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Competency in collaborating with internal teams and transporters for load management.
• Capability to work closely with senior management to meet organizational targets.

This is a female work-from-home position based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role requires negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills to ensure smooth logistics operations and client satisfaction under tight deadlines.
