Job description
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and goal-driven Telecalling Executives to become part of our Personal Loan Sales team. The role involves outreach to prospective clients via phone using company-provided leads, detailing personal loan offerings, assessing customer needs, and facilitating loan application conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from given leads.
- Communicate the features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits of various Personal Loan products.
- Analyze customer's financial situation to recommend appropriate loan options.
- Generate fresh leads and actively follow up on them through consistent communication.
- Persuade interested individuals to apply for loans, effectively driving conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the loan processing department to manage documentation and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
