Overview
Next Mantra Solutions Private Limited is hiring multiple Telecalling Executives for their office located in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai. Both recent graduates and experienced professionals are welcome to apply. The role involves managing inbound and outbound customer calls, elaborating on company offerings, generating leads, and consistently meeting set targets.
Key Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound calls using provided lead lists.
- Present and clarify the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Generate quality leads through effective communication.
- Address basic customer queries and troubleshoot during calls.
- Ensure precise recording and updating of customer information.
- Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation objectives.
- Collaborate productively within a dynamic team environment.
Candidate Profile
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal and client handling abilities.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calling operations.
- Persuasive communication style with a goal-driven mindset.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations.
- Ability to adapt to different customer profiles with flexibility.
- Preference given to candidates with above-average communication capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates with no prior experience are eligible.
- HSC pass candidates without experience qualify.
- 10th standard with Diploma holders are acceptable.
- 12th standard with Diploma holders are eligible.
- HSC holders with at least 1 year of relevant experience qualify.
- Undergraduate students with a minimum of 6 months' experience also eligible.
Working Conditions
- Work schedule includes 6 days per week with rotating weekly off.
- Shift timings span between 8 AM and 8 PM, with any 9-hour shift allocated.
- No night shifts are involved.
- Mandatory minimum of 6 hours dedicated to calling daily.
Preferred Backgrounds
Applicants with experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, voice processes, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, call centre operations, inbound and outbound calling will be preferred.
Location
Work location is fixed at Juinagar, Navi Mumbai.
Compensation
The salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
