Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Telecalling Executive to join Bhima Jewellery in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. The role involves reaching out to existing and potential customers to promote our jewellery collections, offers, and showroom events, aiming to increase customer engagement and support sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to promote jewellery products and showroom promotions to prospective and existing clientele.
• Identify and generate potential customer leads using phone communication and assigned lead databases.
• Conduct follow-ups on customer inquiries, promotional offers, new product launches, and showroom events.
• Schedule and encourage customer visits to the showroom through appointment generation.
• Maintain professional and positive communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Effectively communicate product details, ongoing offers, and relevant showroom information.
• Support the sales team by following up with interested customers to help convert leads into showroom visits and sales.
• Accurately update customer records, call outcomes, follow-up notes, and responses in the company system.
• Keep daily logs of calls made, connections, leads, and follow-ups, and submit routine reports.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and showroom manager to ensure smooth coordination for customer follow-ups, appointments, and lead conversions.
