About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Bhima Jewellery in Salem, Tamil Nadu. This position involves managing customer interactions, understanding their jewelry needs, and effectively guiding them to suitable products while achieving showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their jewelry preferences, requirements, and budget.
• Meet individual and showroom sales targets by engaging customers and promoting products effectively.
• Clearly communicate product features, design details, quality, pricing, and current offers.
• Deliver excellent customer service ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, collections, pricing structures, and promotions.
• Maintain customer relationships and pursue follow-ups for returning business opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend relevant products and convert inquiries into sales.
• Uphold showroom standards including grooming, professionalism, and product displays.
• Collaborate with billing, inventory, and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Keep sales and customer records updated and assist showroom leadership in hitting targets.
