About the Role
BHIMA Jewellery in Trichy is seeking a diligent Billing Executive to manage accurate billing and payment transactions with utmost precision. The role involves handling customer billing, processing various modes of payments, generating invoices, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute billing operations by processing customer payments in alignment with company standards.
- Manage cash reception, counting, and maintenance, ensuring all transactions are accurate.
- Process payments through cash, card, UPI, and other authorized methods, recording each transaction diligently.
- Generate precise invoices, receipts, and necessary billing documents for customers.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, discounts, and payment information before finalizing bills.
- Assist customers in resolving billing inquiries and provide clear details regarding their payments and invoices.
- Perform daily reconciliation of payments received (cash, card, UPI) with system data.
- Maintain comprehensive records of billing activities, including receipts, cancellations, and returns.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Accounts, Inventory, and Showroom Management teams to ensure efficient billing processes.
- Adhere strictly to billing protocols, cash-handling policies, security measures, and internal controls.
