About the Role
Frankfinn Aviation Services Private Limited is hiring a Telecalling Executive to join their call centre team. This role primarily focuses on outbound lead generation by contacting prospective students and providing comprehensive information about the available aviation courses. The goal is to motivate these candidates to participate in free career counselling sessions offered at their institutes. Communication skills in Kannada, Tamil, and English are necessary to effectively engage with potential students.
Working Hours and Conditions
- The job operates from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Sundays are designated as weekly off days.
Qualifications and Experience
- Applicants should be graduates, undergraduates, or have completed 12th grade with results declared.
- Minimum of six months of outbound telecalling experience is required.
- Candidates must fall between 18 and 34 years of age.
- Open to all genders.
Compensation
The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹22,000, with opportunities for salary increases depending on current pay.
