Job description
About The Role
This position involves outbound telecalling to prospective students to promote courses offered by the company. The goal is to generate leads by informing candidates about the educational programs and encouraging them to attend complimentary career counselling sessions at company institutes.
Working Hours and Schedule
- Office hours are from 10 am to 7 pm
- Work days are Monday through Saturday (6 days a week)
- Sundays are fixed weekly off
Basic Qualifications
- Applicants should have at least completed 12th grade with results available; graduates and undergraduates can also apply
- Preferred candidates are between 18 and 34 years of age
- Open to all genders
- Must be able to communicate fluently in basic English and Telugu
- At least 6 months of work experience, preferably in outbound telecalling or lead generation
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential students to explain course offerings
- Encourage interested candidates to participate in free career counselling sessions at company locations
- Follow up promptly with students regarding their visits to counselling sessions
Compensation
The salary range is INR 18,000 to INR 22,000 per month, with opportunities for salary increases based on the candidate's current in-hand pay.
