About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Skillroom India Pvt. Ltd., based in Sector 18, Gurugram, working from the office.
Compensation and Incentives
- Fixed salary of ₹30,000 CTC per month
- Additional attractive monthly incentives ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000
Work Schedule
- Day shift from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Five working days per week
Eligibility Requirements
- Undergraduate candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant experience
- Graduates can apply even if they are freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Follow up effectively with prospective clients
- Maintain thorough customer records and nurture relationships
