About the Role
Skillroom India Pvt. Ltd. is urgently seeking candidates for the position of International BPO Executive to join Transcom's team at their RIICO location in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This full-time, in-office role involves providing inbound customer support specifically for the US voice process. The salary package offers up to ₹35,000 per month on a CTC basis.
Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts are required
- Workweek consists of 5.5 days with rotational weekly offs
Candidate Criteria
- Graduates are encouraged to apply, freshers are welcome
- Undergraduates must have at least six months of prior customer support experience
- Fluent English communication at C1/C2 level is mandatory
- Experience in hospitality, customer retention, or BFSI sectors is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
