Overview
We are recruiting for the role of Customer Support Associate for a domestic voice process in the E-Commerce sector. This position is based in Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Candidates with a minimum qualification of 12th pass or higher are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Addressing routine customer inquiries related to e-commerce products and delivering appropriate solutions.
- Managing customer questions and issues via telephone communication.
- Offering assistance to domestic customers regarding the company's products and services and maintaining effective communication over the phone.
- Operating within a rotating shift system as required.
- Providing precise and comprehensive product or service information to help customers make informed choices.
- Handling difficult customer interactions with professionalism and composure.
