Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Customer Support Executive to join our team at RKN Business Solutions located in Dwaraka Nagar, Visakhapatnam. This blended process role involves assisting customers through both voice calls and chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve customer inquiries optimally via voice and chat communication channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support by promptly managing and solving client issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education background of at least 10+2 (Intermediate) or holding a 3-year Diploma.
• Open to freshers and those with prior experience.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Telugu are essential.
• Possess a typing speed of 35 words per minute with a minimum accuracy of 90%.
• A customer-centric mindset and commitment to service quality.
• Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts as per operational demands.
• Must refrain from taking planned leave during the initial three months of employment.

Recruitment Process

• Initial Human Resources interview.
• Online assessment tests including VETI and VWT.
• Typing skills evaluation.
• Final operations round interview.

Additional Information

The monthly compensation for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 depending on qualifications and experience. The role requires dedication to maintaining availability during the probation period without planned absences.
