About the Role
Dhan Saarthi is seeking a female telecaller to join the team with objectives focused on generating leads, engaging potential customers, booking appointments, and aiding the sales department effectively.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via phone to generate interest and leads.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs.
- Schedule appointments to facilitate sales processes.
- Support the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; proficiency in English required.
- Basic computer skills necessary to manage calls and data entry.
