About the Role
A telecaller position is open at Boost Wellness Lab, aiming to engage customers through effective communication and support. This role involves handling incoming calls, generating potential client leads, and providing detailed information about lab tests and health packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and handle calls professionally.
- Identify and develop leads through telecommunication.

- Manage booking appointments and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both Hindi and English.
