Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

YCE Network is seeking a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executive to enhance our team. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 and requires at least one year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to identify and generate new business leads.
• Present and explain YCE Network's digital marketing offerings effectively to prospective customers.
• Assess client needs to recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Engage in lead follow-ups and convert potential clients into confirmed customers.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Consistently meet monthly targets for sales and client acquisition.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and successful conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, or related fields.
• Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong abilities in follow-up and negotiations.
• Self-driven, confident, and focused on achieving targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is desirable.
• Knowledge of services such as social media marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, website development, and lead generation is advantageous.
