Tele-Caller

Role Overview

The Tele-Caller plays a vital role in driving business growth by engaging in outbound and inbound calls to promote products or services. This position focuses on generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the sales team effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to both potential and current customers.
• Handle incoming customer queries with precise and relevant information regarding products and offerings.
• Identify and qualify leads to assist the sales department.
• Follow through on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales prospects.
• Keep meticulous records of customer communications within the CRM or company database.
• Arrange meetings or appointments for sales personnel when necessary.
• Manage customer complaints courteously and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Meet established daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets consistently.
• Perform customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for quality improvements.
• Ensure customer data is current and accurately recorded.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives by conducting telephonic outreach.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines diligently.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Senior High School Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience ranging from one to two years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, call center operations, or similar roles.
