Telecaller

Job Overview

We are seeking proactive Telecallers to make outbound calls to potential candidates and customers from provided contact lists. You will be responsible for presenting job opportunities, explaining company services including salaries and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries effectively.

Key Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to contacts from designated databases.
• Communicate details about jobs, company offerings, salary packages, and benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Comprehend customer or candidate needs and offer relevant information accordingly.
• Regularly follow up with interested leads or candidates to foster engagement.
• Accurately document call outcomes and update the calling records database.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls made and conversions achieved.
• Respond to basic questions and professionally resolve any concerns during calls.
• Collaborate with recruitment and sales teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.
• Maintain a courteous and professional manner throughout calls.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and regional languages is beneficial.
• Basic computer literacy including familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp, and telecalling software.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working under performance targets and managing follow-ups.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though prior experience in telecalling or recruitment is preferred.
• Punctuality, discipline, and commitment to consistent work are essential.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from 13,000 to 20,000 INR.
