Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Teens Club, guaranteeing smooth and secure activity flow.
• Design, coordinate, and implement stimulating activities suited to teenagers, encompassing sports, games, creative projects, social gatherings, and entertainment.
• Verify teenager registrations and collect necessary parent or guardian consent and information forms.
• Maintain a safe, tidy, well-organized, and inviting environment within the Teens Club.
• Inspect all game equipment, facilities, and activity zones to ensure safety and suitability.
• Ensure full compliance with Rixos’s operational, procedural, and safety policies during all activities.
• Supervise activities directly, maintaining adequate oversight levels.
• Handle accidents, emergencies, behavioral issues, and other incidents promptly and appropriately.
• Document and submit incident reports following company protocol.
• Maintain professional interaction with teenagers, their families, hotel guests, and colleagues.
• Keep management, including Assistant Entertainment Manager and Team Leader, informed about significant or unusual occurrences.
• Train and mentor Teens Club staff in operational, safety, and service procedures.
• Support the wider Entertainment team with programs and events as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information pertaining to guests, families, and teenagers.
• Adhere to the hotel’s Integrated Management System, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Fulfill other duties assigned by the Assistant Entertainment Manager or Director of Entertainment.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• Diploma or degree in fields such as Hospitality, Recreation, Education, Sports, Tourism is beneficial.
• Previous experience in Teens Club, Kids Club, recreation, youth activities, hospitality, or resort environments is preferred.
• Leadership experience in supervisory or team-leading roles is advantageous.
• Experience working professionally with teenagers is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Good command of English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
