Key Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment utilization data to enhance productivity and uphold product quality standards.
• Optimize and maintain production efficiency across designated workstations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any workplace hazards to sustain a secure environment.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure machinery availability meets strict product specifications.
• Integrate and apply AI-enabled tools and insights responsibly within daily operations to boost efficiency, quality, and effectiveness, abiding by company policies and legal requirements.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture by exploring, validating, and disseminating AI-driven process enhancements relevant to assigned work areas.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a relevant Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Driven, goal-focused, and eager to develop professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, inclusive of night shifts.
• Basic digital literacy and AI competency sufficient to responsibly utilize AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business goals.
