Role Overview

As an IT-Systemadministrator, you will manage and enhance the IT infrastructure, ensuring stable operations and supporting the company's vision of enabling excellent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth operation of on-premises server systems as well as cloud-based SaaS services.
• Respond promptly to incidents and security events within the incident and problem management framework.
• Collect requirements from various business units and collaborate with the team to continuously develop the IT infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a similar IT system administration role.
• Strong team player capable of working effectively with IT colleagues and end-users.
• Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Passionate about emerging technologies and aware of current IT trends.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration, including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Teams.
• Basic knowledge of network concepts such as firewall, LAN, and WLAN.
• Foundational skills in Linux server system administration.
• Advantageous to have knowledge in at least one of the following: endpoint management using Intune or enforcing IT security and compliance standards.
• Fluency in both German and English.
