Key Responsibilities

• Analyze machine utilization to optimize operational efficiency and ensure product quality.
• Maintain high production efficiency across assigned workstations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promptly report any workplace hazards to sustain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with Equipment engineers to uphold equipment availability and meet precise product standards.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily tasks to elevate efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness while complying with organizational and legal guidelines.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and disseminating AI-enabled enhancements within the scope of work.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a relevant Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager for professional growth.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Willing and able to work 12-hour shifts, including night shifts.
• Exhibit foundational digital fluency and relevant AI literacy to responsibly use AI tools for research, analysis, content creation, problem solving, and operational tasks to achieve business objectives.
