Role Summary
As a Staff People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic ally to senior executives and business collaborators. Your mission is to execute people strategies and programs that align with business goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, nurture talent, amplify employee engagement, and deliver excellent leadership experiences. This role relies on deep HR knowledge, analytics, and trusted consultancy to support key strategic aims and uphold a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders (Senior Director and above) across business units to effectively deploy and integrate enterprise-wide people initiatives and strategies.
- Offer trusted advisory services to executive and senior management, facilitating smooth leader experiences related to human resources processes and programs.
- Provide expert guidance covering diverse HR areas such as talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance oversight, workforce planning, and leadership cultivation.
- Deliver personalized coaching and strategic advice to senior leadership on career progression, leadership effectiveness, succession strategies, and employee relations.
- Partner with regional and global business partners to develop and roll out corporate people programs, including performance cycles, employee surveys, talent assessments, and leadership development efforts.
- Collect and analyze employee and business feedback, collaborating with Centers of Excellence to enhance HR programs, processes, and experiences continuously.
- Drive workforce and people strategy development aligned to business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights and organizational trend analysis.
- Apply people analytics and workforce data for insightful reporting, executive presentations, talent metric assessment, and strategizing informed decisions.
- Lead or engage in cross-disciplinary projects and organizational transformations, ensuring effective change management and stakeholder alignment.
Additional Responsibilities
- Integrate AI-enhanced tools and insights to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency, maintaining ethical standards and legal compliance.
- Employ AI applications (such as Microsoft Copilot) for data analysis, generating insights, decision-making support, and preparing executive communications and proposals.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying, testing, adopting, and sharing AI-driven enhancements within your work domain.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing, HR, Business, or equivalent practical experience; candidates from other fields with suitable experience are also welcome.
- At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles, including 3-4 years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related sectors.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated experience executing enterprise-wide people programs such as performance management cycles and employee engagement surveys.
- Proven track record in executive partnership, specifically supporting Senior Director-level and above.
- Background supporting large organizations or business units with 1,000+ employees.
- Strong strategic thinking alongside business acumen that aligns HR strategies with corporate objectives.
- Exceptional storytelling ability with data, converting analytics into actionable HR recommendations.
- Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity software.

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Effective communication and stakeholder relationship management, collaborating well across HR teams and business functions.
