About the Role
Adecco is collaborating with a leading global technology company focusing on social media and advertising services to recruit a Technical Solutions Consultant. This role involves serving as the technical liaison for clients and internal teams, providing expertise and support for various advertising technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of the company's advertising products including signal, measurement, and delivery solutions.
- Offer consultative expertise to clients and partners on best practices and tailored configurations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to clients’ use of advertising solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to address client concerns, prioritize technical support requests, and contribute to strategic plans for technical services in specific markets or verticals.
- Engage in client interaction approximately 30% of the time, with the remainder involving internal coordination across sales, escalation processes, and cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possesses at least three years of experience within the digital advertising or technology sectors.
- Demonstrates familiarity with the advertising technology ecosystem.
- Experienced in customer-facing roles, translating complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auction systems, and ad delivery mechanisms.
- Proficient with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
- Experienced in writing and executing SQL queries and working with RESTful APIs.
- Capable of troubleshooting third-party scripts on websites.
Additional Information
The assessment process includes a coding test focused on SQL query writing. This role requires hands-on interaction with advertising product technicalities and client support.
