Your Role
As a Technical Solutions Consultant at Zip, you will be instrumental in delivering the Zip Integration Platform to new clients, working closely with Sales and Solutions teams. You will engage with customers across various industries to implement and integrate Zip’s platform effectively, ensuring strong adoption and technical success.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate the Zip platform into customers’ IT environments, including ERP, Ticketing, TPRM, CLM, and other procurement systems.
- Architect and document integration solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Assess customer needs against third-party API documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build integrations using Zip’s internal iPaaS solution.
- Perform unit testing of configurations alongside customers.
- Report progress regularly to management and clients.
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for deliverables.
- Partner with product teams to relay feedback and improve the platform continuously.
- Enhance technical processes that expedite customer time to value.
Qualifications
- Over 4 years’ experience integrating systems such as ERP, P2P, Ticketing, CLM, and TPRM.
- Proficiency with iPaaS platforms for integration configuration.
- Experience scripting in Python and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with XML, RESTful APIs, and standard authentication mechanisms.
- Prior ERP implementation or integration experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Capability to communicate complex technical information to varied audiences.
- Strong skills in leading data architecture discussions and designing integration solutions for commercial and mid-market clients.
- Comfortable interpreting API documentation and troubleshooting integration issues.
- Ability to quickly understand and document client requirements with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to ongoing learning of new integration technologies.
- Excellent communication and proactive attention to detail.
- Experience working alongside product and engineering teams.
