Overview
The Technical Solutions Consultant role is part of the Global Operations team focused on delivering scalable service and operational excellence to support millions of advertisers across multiple complex products. The consultant acts as a technical advisor and problem solver, helping clients leverage advertising solutions effectively and efficiently. This role requires a passion for technology along with the ability to create impactful outcomes for clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical knowledge of various products offered by the company.
- Advise clients and partners on best practices and customized configurations to optimize product use.
- Diagnose and address technical problems arising from client usage of the organization's solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client concerns, prioritize issues, and develop targeted technical service plans for specific markets or industry sectors.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum of three years experience within Digital Advertising or Technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the technology ecosystem.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting advertising technology components such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and ad delivery mechanisms.
- Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
- Experience using SQL databases and interacting with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of utilizing AI tools to improve work efficiency and quality.
Essential Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and database troubleshooting.
- Skilled in diagnosing issues with third-party website scripts.
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting API request payloads.
Additional Information
This is a 12-month contract position based in Singapore with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite and two days remote per week.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
