The position requires a strategic approach to fostering partnerships aligned with client goals, driving platform feature adoption, and spearheading advertising projects to enhance monetization throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, lasting partnerships with major players in the gaming sector by comprehending their strategic objectives.
• Act as an ambassador for Facebook Gaming by offering insights and leadership during high-level partner meetings.
• Promote and support the adoption of new features from gaming platforms.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on critical quantitative metrics and business trends relating to partner relations.
• Utilize market knowledge and analysis to identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
• Manage and advise current partners to enhance their success on the client’s platform.
• Lead advertising initiatives in cooperation with cross-functional teams to drive monetization and advertiser success in the region.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in business development or account management roles.
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics or Business Commerce, or similar professional experience.
• Proficient collaboration skills across all organizational levels internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and execute business opportunities in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
• Strong understanding of the internet industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
