Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to spearhead the advancement of ApplySG’s capabilities, managing the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, expected outcomes, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and industry demands.
- Engage with both internal users and external stakeholders to identify challenges and prioritize needs.
- Convert these needs into precise functional and technical requirements along with acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog considering value delivery, risk, and technical feasibility.
- Lead iterative product deliveries and coordinate releases with engineering teams and vendors.
- Oversee the product after launch, focusing on adoption rates, stability, and ongoing enhancements.
- Investigate issues thoroughly, perform root cause analysis, and prioritize corrective actions.
Technical and Architectural Leadership
- Provide strong leadership on technical decisions including evaluating solution options and making trade-offs.
- Act as the product’s solution architect if needed by defining the high-level system architecture, integration methods, data flow, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with dedicated architects to ensure consistent technical directions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant roles such as software engineering, product management, digital solution ownership, or business analysis.
- Robust technical foundation encompassing architecture, integration, data, and security principles.
- Proven experience collaborating within Agile or iterative delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
