Product Manager

Role Overview

We seek a Product Manager to lead the advancement and continuous refinement of technology products that combine physical hardware, software features, and operational processes.

Key Duties

• Lead product improvements for hardware-integrated products and their supporting digital platforms.
• Collect business and user insights and convert them into detailed product requirements and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Coordinate integration requirements between hardware and software, ensuring consistent alignment across product components.
• Oversee product testing phases including UAT, pilot launches, and production deployments.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user interactions, operational efficiency, and overall product effectiveness.
• Manage product issues and feedback with priority setting among stakeholders.
• Track product adoption, usage, and performance to continuously discover improvement opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date product documentation and operational resources.
• Support product rollouts and coherent implementation across multiple markets.

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Background working with hardware-integrated technology products, smart or connected devices, or solutions combining hardware and software.
• Understanding of hardware-software interaction and backend system integration.
• Proven experience managing requirements, testing, deployment, and ongoing product iterations.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, bridging technical and business teams.
• Analytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing and dynamic environments.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in B2B technology domains such as enterprise solutions, retail technology, fintech, IoT, or device-centric technologies.
• Familiarity with Android or other smart device ecosystems.
• Knowledge in integrating third-party hardware and software components.
• Experience facilitating product launches and setups across regional or multi-market scenarios.
