Job Overview
The FairPrice Group is looking for a seasoned Group Product Manager to spearhead the product development of a vital tribe that focuses on enriching the customer journey. This role is centered on crafting seamless, customized shopping and dining experiences that delight customers while propelling sustainable growth for the company across all channels.
Team and Leadership
Within this role, you will lead 2 to 4 agile squads consisting of product managers and senior product managers, driving collaboration within the Product Trio that includes design and engineering teams. Your leadership responsibilities include mentoring product team members and fostering their professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of product managers and cross-functional colleagues, offering mentorship and guidance to promote team excellence.
- Devise and implement a comprehensive product strategy and vision aligned with the tribe's goals, spotting areas for innovation and enhancement.
- Prioritize features, iterations, and experiments to achieve crucial product outcomes and strategic objectives.
- Define North Star metrics and other key product indicators to gauge success, constantly monitoring and refining product features to optimize results.
- Contribute significantly to shaping the broader strategic product vision for FairPrice Group.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives, including leading go-to-market strategies and launches.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continual improvement within the product organization.

Qualifications and Experience
- At least 8 years of proven experience in product management, preferably within business-to-consumer technology, e-commerce, or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading product teams and delivering impactful products to market.
- Hands-on experience with product management frameworks and tools like Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Solid grasp of software development practices, enabling effective communication with engineering partners.
- Experience in coaching, performance reviews, and crafting development plans for team members.
- History of managing cross-functional agile teams effectively.
- Proficiency with data analysis methods and tools to support informed product decisions.
