Technical Product Manager - AI Prototype Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, also referred to as a "Vibe Coder," who will lead the creation of rapid functional prototypes to address real-world challenges. In this role, you will be hands-on in developing prototypes using AI-powered tools that enable quick user testing and iteration within hours or days, significantly accelerating the product development cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end prototyping process, from identifying user pain points to delivering working functional demos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for discovery and feedback while independently driving the prototype development.
• Detect actual friction points and convert verbal requirements into structured logic and functional designs.
• Develop functioning prototypes using AI-native development platforms, directing large language models and AI workflows to generate most of the code.
• Focus on rapid proof-of-concept creation that allows instant refinement and iteration based on user feedback.
• Maintain clear documentation of logic, prompt structures, and design rationale to guide future engineering development.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure prototypes fulfill functional goals and effectively address user problems before handoff.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

• Possess a maker mentality with a strong AI-first approach, eager to experiment and quickly build working demos without being constrained by traditional methods.
• Solid understanding of programming logic and code; proficient with Python, JavaScript, or an equivalent language, capable of reviewing AI-generated code and recognizing inaccuracies.
• Product-focused mindset valuing user problem-solving and streamlining user interactions over perfect code syntax.
• Excellent communication skills for translating vague or high-level requests into concrete technical requirements suitable for AI-driven development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent demonstrated hands-on experience.
• Proven experience creating functional prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions that move from concept to user validation in short timeframes (hours to days).
