About the Company
We are seeking professionals with expertise in assessing Cognitive Abilities, Aptitude, Workplace Behavior, Personality, and Emotional Intelligence. The evaluations are conducted using assessment tools such as Predictive Index (PI), Culture, and Criteria among others.
About the Role
This position involves utilizing a variety of assessment instruments to evaluate the cognitive skills and emotional intelligence of candidates.
Responsibilities
- Administer various assessments to candidates.
- Interpret and analyze assessment results to generate meaningful insights.
- Work collaboratively with the team to enhance the assessment methodologies and processes.
Qualifications
- A relevant academic degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Cognitive and Emotional Intelligence assessment techniques.
- Strong abilities in data analysis and interpretation.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Index (PI), Culture, and Criteria assessment tools.
- Knowledge of Workplace Behavior assessments.
