The role demands expertise in utilizing assessment tools such as the Predictive Index (PI), Culture assessments, and Criteria Corp evaluations. Candidates will administer candidate assessments aligned with specific profiles and interpret results to optimize future evaluations.
Qualification Requirements
- Possession of a relevant degree in Psychology or a related field is mandatory.
Key Skills
- Mastery in Cognitive and Emotional Intelligence assessments is essential.
- Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting assessment outcomes.
Preferred Competencies
- Hands-on experience with Predictive Index (PI), Culture, and Criteria Corp assessments is desirable.
- Knowledge of Workplace Behavior assessment methodologies is a plus.
