Job Overview and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Software Administrator with over 10 years of IT and software engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and integrating Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions within complex environments. Specialized expertise in Siemens Polarion administration and configuration is essential, with Polarion certification considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage and configure Polarion project templates and oversee governance across multiple projects.
- Integrate Polarion with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems effectively.
- Develop and deploy complex dashboards and reporting systems critical to business operations.
- Handle Polarion administrative operations focused on process management.
- Integrate various engineering tools and establish Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Set up, size, and configure ALM infrastructure to meet organizational needs.
- Utilize programming and scripting languages such as Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML for customization within ALM tools.
